Student Help

Our Approach

The Oberon Way is a to have a powerful sense of belonging, and we pride ourselves on a wellbeing focus to assist in our student’s health throughout their time at Oberon. Every member of the Oberon High School community has a right to fully participate in an educational environment that is safe, supportive, and inclusive and we strive to achieve this for our students.

Everyone deserves to be treated with care, respect, and dignity. Students, staff, and families are supported by our qualified wellbeing team who works with wider teams within and beyond our school to develop a school culture where all individual students’ matter, are valued, accepted and able to develop to their full potential.

At our Wellbeing Team we focus on building strong and meaningful relationships with students and providing purposeful and targeted challenges to support the student to reach their full potential. We believe that student wellbeing should be a focus on what we do and what we priorities as a key element.
